Why No Returns or Refunds?

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our customers, we cannot restock or resell fragrance products once they have been opened or used. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our products and ensures that each purchase meets the satisfaction of our customers.

 

Exceptions

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement.
